思密达、金双歧治疗小儿腹泻的疗效分析

目的　观察思密达、金双歧治疗小儿腹泻的疗效。方法　对 173例腹泻合并中 -重度脱水住院患儿进行随机分组 ,三组均采用抗炎、补液等相同的基础治疗 ,口服组 5 5例口服思密达、金双歧 ;灌肠组 6 0例用思密达、金双歧灌肠 ;比较三组临床症状、体征缓解的差异及疗程第 4 8小时、 72小时治愈率。结果　两治疗组临床症状、体征缓解时间较对照组明显缩短。口服组第 4 8小时、 72小时治愈率分别为 2 1 8%、 89 0 % ;灌肠组分别为6 0 0 %、 95 0 % ;对照组 17 2 %、 5 0 0 %。差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　在基础治疗上加用思密达、金双歧治疗小儿腹泻疗效确切 ,且灌肠组较口服组效果好

The effect analysis of Smita and Golden bifid in the treatment of infantile diarrhea

Objective To investigate the effect of simta and golden bifid in treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods 173 chlidren patients with diarrhea and complicated with medium-severe degree dehydration randomly divided into three groups.All groups have the same synthetic treatments which include antibiotic therapy and fluid infusion.At the same time,the oral group of 55 cases recieve smita and golden bifid via oral and the enema group of 60 cases recieve simta and golden bifid enema.The difference of the improvement of main symptoms signs of body and the rate of cure on the 48h/72h of the three groups are to be observed.Rasults The time of recovery of main symptoms and signs of body of the two treated groups are distinctly shorter than the group with placebo in the process of treatment,the rates of cure on the 48h/72h are respectively 21.8%,89.0% in the oral group,60.0%,95.0% in the enema group,17.2%,50.0% in the group with placebo..Conclusion Smita and Golden bifid have good clinic treating effectiveness for infantile diarrhea,and Enema method is better than oral.
