鼻咽癌的癌基因与抗癌基因癌蛋白表达的研究

应用免疫组化方法检测了58例鼻咽癌和24例鼻咽良性疾患的表皮生长因子受体（EGFR），N—ras，c-myc，c—erbB—2，P53和增殖细胞核抗原（IUNA）的表达情况。结果发现鼻咽癌中EGFR，N—ras，c-myc，P53和c-erbB-2的阳性率分别为29．3％，17．2％，12％，8．6％和12％。鼻咽癌中PCNA的阳性率为17．91％，鼻咽良性疾患为6．67％，两者有极显著的差别（t＝2．47，P＜0．02）。P53阳性的鼻咽癌患者EGFR均为阳性，这些病例的PCNA均在20％以上。

EXPRESSION OF ONCOGENE AND ANTI-ONCOGENE PROTEINS IN NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA

PURPOSE To study the overexpression of EGFR, N - ras, c - myc, c - erbB - 2, P53 and PCNA in nonplanarity carcinoma and to find the markers of biological characteristics for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.METHODS Fresh specimens were taken from 58 cases of nasophalyngeal carcinoma, using immunohistochemical method, the overexpression of oncogene, anti - oncogene proteins and PCNA were investigated.RESULTS The results showed that the positive rates of overexpression of EGFR, N -ras, c - myc, P53and c- erbB- 2 were 29. 3 %, 17. 2 %, 12 %, 8. 6 % and 12 % respectively. The positive rate of PCNA innasopharyngeal carcinoma was 17. 91 % and 6. 67 % in nasophalyngeal benign lesions. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma had a significantly higher positive rate than did the benign lesions (t = 2. 47, P < 0. 02). All these nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients whose P53 were positive revealed EGFR positive, and PCNA positive rate in each ofthese cases was above 20 %.
