住院患者医院感染调查

目的了解住院患者医院感染的现状,制定预防控制措施。方法采用回顾性调查方法对2007年度该医院住院患者院内感染进行了调查分析。结果该医院在2007年度住院患者11817例,其中发生医院感染患者401例,院内感染率为3.4%。在所有感染部位中,呼吸道感染占54.2%,老年人为易感人群。从401例院内感染者的不同标本中分离鉴定出101株医院感染致病菌和条件致病菌,以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、不动杆菌和肺炎克雷伯菌为主。结论该医院住院患者医院感染发生率比较低,所发生的院内感染中以呼吸道为主,中老年患者是医院感染危险人群。

INVESTIGATION OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION IN IN-PATIENTS

Objective To know the current situation of nosocomial infection in in-patients and to work out the prevention and controlling measures.Methods Retrospective investigation was used to analyze the nosocomial infections in in-patients of this hospital in year 2007.Results In year 2007,there were 11817 in-patients in this hospital.Of them,401 got nosocomial infection,with an infection rate of 3.4%.In all infection locations,respiratory tract infection accounted for 54.2%.The old people was the susceptible group.From different specimens of the 401 cases,101 strains of nosocomial infection pathogenic bacteria and opportunistic pathogens were isolated,and the main pathogens were coagulase-negative Staphylococcus,Escherichia coli,Acinetobacter and Klebsiella pneumoniae.Conclusions The rate of nosocomial infections in in-patients of this hospital was relatively low.Respiratory tract was the main location of nosocomial infections and the middle-aged and old patients were the high risk group of nosocomial infection.
