| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(CysC)用于评价早期肾小管损伤的价值。方法用免疫增强比浊法测定CysC,用ELISA法测定RBP,用化学比色法测定NAG。结果异常检出率CysC为56.7%,RBP为53.3%,NAG为66.7%。CysC与RBP相关有显著性(r=0.752,p<0.01),与NAG无相关性(r=0.95,p>0.05)。结论尿CysC是诊断早期肾小管损伤的有效指标。

| Abstract: | Objective Study on the relationship between renal tubular function and urinary cystatin C(CysC).Methods The concentration of urinary CysC was detected with latex particle-enhanced nephelometric immunoassay,the level of RBP was determined with enzyme linked immunoad assay,and the volume of NAG was investigated by biochemical test.Results The positive rate,CysC was 56.7%,RBP was 53.3%,NAG was 66.7%.There was a correlation between urinary CysC and RBP,(r=0.752,p<0.01).Conclusion CysC could be as a valuable ... |
