| 摘 要： | 目的探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术后复发的手术治疗及鼻腔泪囊吻合术后复发的原因。方法对20例鼻腔泪囊吻合术后复发的患者予以手术治疗，随访半年-1年。结果15例溢泪消失，泪道冲洗通畅，占75％，5例流泪减轻，冲洗基本畅通，占25％。结论鼻腔泪囊吻合术后复发患者可以通过再次手术予以治疗，手术成功率高，能明显改善患者的症状。是治疗鼻腔泪囊吻合术后复发的一种有效的方法。
