键槽缓压式附着体在牙列双侧游离端缺失应用效果评价

目的：探讨键槽缓压式精密附着体修复牙列双侧游离端缺失时对基牙及缺牙区牙槽骨的损伤,义齿的固位、咀嚼、美观及舒适度满意程度。方法：选择设计键槽缓压式精密附着体修复病例20例,龈牙合]距离不低于7 mm,缺牙区邻近的牙齿和牙周支持组织健康。结果：患者每半年复诊1次,连续观查2年,最近一次复诊,金属烤瓷冠颈缘密合性良好,牙体无折断,无龋齿,牙龈健康无炎症,牙槽骨无明显吸收。所有患者对美观、舒适度,义齿摘戴,咀嚼功能均满意。结论：键槽缓压式精密附着体修复是对基牙保护效果较好的附件之一,当基牙受到牙合]力时,弹簧的缓冲减轻咬合压力,达到保护基牙的功能。

Keyway Attachments Relieve Pressure in the Dentition with Bilateral Free-end Effect Loss

Objective： To discuss the damage to the abutment and the edentulous alveolar area when using the keyway pressure relieves attachments to repair the bilateral free-end missing denture and its effect on denture retention, mastication, aesthetics and comfort satisfaction. Methods： We chosen 20 cases who were repaired with keyway pressure relieves attachment. The distance between the jaw should be no less than 7mm and the area of missing teeth and periodontal supporting tissues should keep health. Results： Patients were followed up every six months. It was found that no broken teeth happened, no dental caries. Gingival was health without inflammation, no significant absorption of alveolar bone happened. All patients satisfied the appearance, comfortness, wear and masticatory function. Conclusion： Keyway pressure relieves attachments could protect better the abutment teeth by reducing the occlusal pressure.
