| 摘 要： | 目的:研究温肾方对自身免疫性甲状腺炎SD大鼠甲状腺细胞凋亡的影响。方法:用R IA方法观察SD大鼠发生自身免疫性甲状腺炎时自身抗体滴度的改变及通过观察甲状腺组织病理变化,以及使用TUNEL法观察甲状腺细胞的凋亡程度,了解温肾方对自身免疫性甲状腺炎甲状腺细胞凋亡的影响。结果:实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎甲状腺细胞凋亡的程度明显高于温肾方各组、及雷公藤治疗组。各实验组与对照组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:温肾方可能通过抑制自身免疫性甲状腺炎甲状腺细胞的凋亡而发挥治疗作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenshenfang in the treatment of EAT by observing apoptosis in thyroid tissues.Methods: EAT model was established in SD rats by injection of swine thyroglobin combined with adjuvant.Its mechanism was studied by detection of thyroid autoimmune antibodies(TGAb and TPOAb)and apoptosis index of thyroid cells through TUNEL.Results: The number of apoptotic thyroid cells were fewer in normal control and the rats treated with Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook f or WenShenfang than in EAT rats without treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wenshenfang has a therapeutic effect on EAT.The mechanism by which Wen shenfang exert their effects may be through the suppression apoptosis of thyroid cells. |
