康复新液合锡类散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的:观察以康复新液合锡类散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative,UC)的临床疗效。方法:采用对照试验,治疗组以康复新液联合锡类散保留灌肠,辅以中药汤剂加柳氮磺胺吡啶常规治疗;对照组单纯用中药汤剂加柳氮磺胺吡啶常规治疗。根据临床症状、结肠镜复查结果进行疗效比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.00%,明显优于对照组的52.00%,(P<0.05)。治疗后随访,治疗组比对照组复发病例明显减少。结论:以康复新液联合锡类散保留灌肠治疗UC效果良好,复发率低,值得临床观察与验证。

Kang Fuxin liquid combined Xilei Powder retention enema in treatment of ulcerative colitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of retention enema with Kang Fuxin liquid and Xilei Powder in curing ulcerative.Methods:Using a controlled trial,the treatment group Use Kang Fuxin liquid and Xilei Powder to retaintion Enema,and Supplemented by Decoction of traditional Chinese Medicine and Sulfasalazine;while the Control group only Use Decoction of traditional Chinese Medicine and Sulfasalazine.Curative effect comparison is Conducted by clinical symptoms and Colonoscopy tests results.Results:Efficiency of the treatment group is 92.00%,Significantly better than the Control group’s 52.00%(P<0.05).Recurrent cases of the treatment group are Significantly reduced compared with the Control group during Follow up after treatment.Conclusion:Based on Fuxin liquid combined Xilei Powder retention enema in the treatment of UC has good effect,low recurrence rate,is worth the clinical observation and verification.
