便携式血糖仪与生化仪检测血糖的比较

摘    要:目的探讨便携式血糖仪检测血糖的准确性及存在问题。方法抽取患者静脉血,以氟化钠抗凝,以快速血糖仪检测全血血糖,分离血浆,以生化仪检测血浆葡萄糖,对结果进行统计分析。结果便携式血糖仪检测全血血糖7.50±4.89mmol/L,生化仪检测血浆葡萄糖8.33±5.49mmol/L,两种方法均值比较的t检验无显著性差异;配对资料的t检验有显著性差异;两种方法具有良好的相关性。结论便携式血糖仪与生化仪的差别在卫生部规范允许的可接受范围内,可以用作糖尿病患者监测使用;应定期将本单位的便携式血糖仪与生化仪进行对比、校正,以满足临床需要;使用便携式血糖仪作监测时,应考虑到便携式血糖仪检验结果有可能偏低的情况,做出合理判断。

Abstract:Objective To explore the accuracy problems and solution of glucose detection with express sugar analyzer.Methods Draw vein blood of outpatients,anticoagulant with NaF,detect glucose with Johnson onetouch ultra express sugar analyzer,then separate plasma,detect glucose of plasma with biochemical instrument.Data was treated with computer.Results Glucose of whole blood with express sugar analyzer 7.50±4.89mmol/L,glucose in plasma with biochemical instrument 8.33±5.49mmol/L.There was no significantly difference between the two methods with mean comparison t test.But it showed significantly difference compared with pared data t test between the two methods;It showed well correlation with each other between the two methods.Conclusions Express sugar analyzer may be used in clinical detection of diabetic patients;We should compare express sugar analyzer and biochemical instrument regularly to meet clinical need;We should pay attention that results measured by express sugar analyzer may lower than that detected by biochemical instrument.
