护理干预在开胸手术患者呼吸道管理中的应用

目的通过护理干预减少开胸手术患者呼吸道并发症的发生。方法将60例开胸手术患者随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组给予开胸手术后常规护理,观察组采用护理评估、心理干预、专科指导,胸部物理治疗等方法对患者进行术前、术后护理干预。比较2组在呼吸道感染及咳嗽时间上的差异。结果观察组发生呼吸道感染的例数及咳嗽时间明显低于对照组。结论采取术前、术后有效的护理干预措施可降低开胸手术患者肺部并发症的发生率,缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用,促进患者早日康复,使患者及家属满意。

Application of nursing intervention in respiratory tract management of patients with thoracotomy surgery

Objective To reduce the incidence of respiratory tract complications of patients with thoracotomy surgery through nursing intervention.Methods Sixty patients with thoracotomy surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received the conventional nursing while the observation group was provided with preoperative and postoperative nursing intervention such as nursing assessment,psychological intervention,special guide,and chest physical treatment.Differences of respiratory tract infection and cough duration between the two groups were observed.Results Respiratory tract infections and cough duration in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion Effective preoperative and postoperative nursing intervention measures can reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications in thoracotomy surgery,shorten hospitalization duration,reduce health-care costs,promote early recovery of patients and satisfy the patients and families.
