磁敏感加权成像对脑内隐匿性出血的诊断价值

摘    要:目的应用磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)分析隐匿性脑内出血(OCBs)的应用价值。方法收集大面积脑梗死合并出血18例,多发腔隙性脑梗死伴OCBs58例,轻度颅脑损伤伴OCBs19例,脑胶质瘤伴出血24例,行常规CT、MRI及磁敏感加权成像(SWI)检查并结合临床资料进行分析。结果常规CT及MRI检出部分脑内出血灶,SWI序列检出几乎所有出血灶,显示的出血数目多并且面积大。结论磁敏感加权成像对于OCBs的检测具有高度敏感性,为临床治疗方案的确定起到非常重要的作用。

The Diagnostic Value of Susceptibility Weighted Imaging in Occult Cerebral Bleedings

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of susceptibility-weighted imaging in patients with occult cerebral bleedings.Methods All of 18 patients with massive cerebral infarction with hemorrhage.58 cases of lacunar cerebral infarction with occult cerebral bleedings.19 cases of mild traumatic brain injury with occult cerebral bleedings.24 cases of cerebral glioma with bleedings.All patients underwent SWI,conventional CT and MRI.Results Conventional CT and MRI detected a small part cerebral bleedings.SWI sequence detected all cerebral bleedings.more hemorrhagic lesions were visible,and Area of hemorrhagic lesions was significantly greater.Conclusion SWI is of great sensitivity for the detection of occult cerebral bleedings.It helps to guide the clinical treatment.
