非恶性甲状腺疾病手术切口缝合方法改进96例临床分析

目的对非恶性甲状腺疾病手术切口处理进行改进,预防和减少切口瘢痕的形成,提高手术后生活质量,满足患者美容的要求。方法回顾性分析我院2004年至2009年收治的96例非恶性甲状腺疾病手术病人切口缝合方法改进的临床资料。结果 96例病人中切口全部甲级愈合,切口呈线状如圆颈横纹,切口瘢痕不易被发现,美容效果非常满意。结论细致手术操作,尽量不切断颈前肌肉和血管,切口皮肤减少使用电刀及缝合缝线的刺激和减少手术副损伤,可有效防止和减少瘢痕的形成。

Clinical Analysis on Improved Suture of Surgical Incision of 96 Cases with Non-malignant Thyroid Disease

Objective To improve the suture of surgical incision of non-malignant thyroid disease, prevente and reduce the formation of incision scar, improve the postoperative life quality, and meet the requirements of patients for beauty. Methods The clinical data of improved suture of surgical incision in 96 patients with non-malignant thyroid disease were retrospectively analyzed. Results All incisions reached A-level healing. The incisions showed linear shape and the scars were not easy to detect with very satisfied cosmetic results. Conclusions Meticulous surgical procedures, no section of anterior cervical muscle and vessel as far as possible, the decrease of damage and stimulus caused by electrotome and suture can prevente and reduce the formation of incision scar effectively.
