| Abstract: | This paper introduced the sameness and differences of hospitals be- tween in Hong Kong and Mainland. It also summarized the characteristics of nursing management in Hong Kong hospitals which could provide nursing managers a reference for further improving the clinical nursing quality and management efficiency. |
