常山胡柚汁化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的 研究常山胡柚(Citrus changshan-huyou Y. B. Chang)的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱和ODS柱色谱进行分离,以Sephadex LH-20及制备液相色谱进行纯化,根据理化性质和波谱学数据分析鉴定结构。结果 分离鉴定了8个已知化合物,分别是圣草次苷(1)、新北美圣草苷(2)、柚皮芸香苷(3)、新橙皮苷(4)、柠檬苦素(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、-谷甾醇(7)、蔗糖(8)。结论 化合物1~4均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Aim To study chemical constituents of Citrus changshan-huyou Y.B.Chang.Methods The constituents were firstly separated by column chromatography with silica gel and flash ODS,then purified by Sephadex LH-20 and Pre-HPLC.The structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data.Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as eriocitrin(1),neoeriocitrin(2),narirutin(3),neohesperidin(4),limonin(5),daucosterol(6),β-sitosterol(7),and sucrose(8).Conclusion Compounds 14 were obtained from Citrus changshan-huyou Y.B.Chang.for the first time.
