| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨哮喘患儿外周血白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )、IL 10、IL 13的变化及其在哮喘发病机制中的作用。方法 用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定 16例哮喘患儿及 10例正常儿童血浆IL 2、IL 10、IL 13的含量。结果 哮喘组血浆IL 2、IL 13水平均明显高于正常对照组 ,IL 10水平明显低于正常对照组 (P均 <0 .0 5)。结论 IL 2、IL 10、IL 13等细胞因子参与儿童哮喘发病的病理生理过程 ,可作为病情变化的监测指标

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the changes of peripheral blood interleukin(IL) 2, IL 10, IL 13 in the serum of asthmatic children and their effect on the pathogenesis of asthma.Method The serum levels of IL 2,IL 10,II 13 in 16 cases of asthmatic children and 10 cases of healthy controls were measured by ELISA methods.Results The serum levels of IL 2,IL 13 in asthmatic patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls( P <0.05 );the serum level of IL 10 in asthmatic patients was significantly lower than that in healthy controls( P <0.05).Conclusions IL 2,IL 10,IL 13 might participate in the pathogenesis of asthma. The serum levels of IL 2,IL 10,IL 13 can be the criteria for the changes in patient conditions. |
