桂哌齐特治疗缺血性脑梗死

目的：观察桂哌齐特治疗缺血性脑梗死的疗效。方法：８５例脑梗死病人随机分为治疗组５５例（男性４４例，女性１１例，年龄６４±ｓ５ｄ），采用桂哌齐特３２０ｍｇ加入１０％葡萄糖或０．９％氯化钠２５０ｍＬ，静脉滴注（静滴），ｑｄ，连用１３ｄ，随后桂哌齐特２片（２００ｍｇ／片），ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，连服５０ｄ。对照组３０例（男性２３例，女性７例，年龄６２±５ａ），采用右旋糖酐－４０，５００ｍＬ加复方丹参注射液１０ｍＬ，静滴，ｑｄ，连用１５ｄ。结果：治疗组总有效率９８％，优于对照组７０％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；起效快于对照组（治疗组４ｄ内起效占４０例，对照组仅４例）；治疗组且有使凝血因子Ｉ、血细胞比容、胆固醇显著下降及缺血性ＳＴ－Ｔ波显著改善作用。结论：桂哌齐特值得推荐治疗缺血性脑梗死。

Cinepazide in treating cerebral ischemic infarction

AIM:TO observe the efficacy of cinepazide in treating cerebral ischemia infarction.METHODS:Eighty-five patients with cerebral ischemic infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups:55 patients(M44,F11,age 64 ± s 5 a) received cinepazide 320 mg in 10% glucose or 0.9% sodium chloride 250 mL iv drip qd for 13d,then took 2 tablets(200 mg/Tab) of cinepazide po tid for 50 d.Thirty patients as control group(M 23,F7,age 62 ± 5 a) received injection of salvia miltiorrhiza compound 10 mL and dextran-40 500 mL,iv drip qd,for 15 d.RESULTS :The total response rate in the former group(98%) was higher than that in the control group (70%,P<0.05).The effect in the former group was faster than that in the control group(in the former group 40 vs 4 patients came into effect within 4 d) .The fibrinogen,hematocrit and the cholesterol were markedly reduced in the former group and the ischemic STT waves were markedly improved.CONCLUSION:Cinepazide is recommended in treating cerebral ischemic infarction.
