养血清脑颗粒治疗颈性眩晕并失眠的疗效观察

目的观察养血清脑颗粒治疗颈性眩晕并失眠的临床疗效。方法选择68例颈性眩晕并失眠的患者随机分为2组，对照组（n=33）给予物理治疗（高电位疗法及颈椎低频治疗）；治疗组（n=35）给予物理治疗（高电位疗法及颈椎低频治疗）加用养血清脑颗粒1包／次，3次／天，疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后颅多普勒超声（TCD）检查椎基底动脉血流情况、自觉眩晕缓解、消失时间及失眠疗效。结果治疗4周后颅多普勒超声（TCD）检查椎基底动脉血流改善情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组的眩晕、失眠症状的总有效率及总体疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。在服药期间未发现不良反应。结论养血清脑颗粒结合理疗治疗颈性眩晕并失眠安全、有效、副作用小，值得在临床上推广应用。

Observation of the treatment result of cervical vertigo and insomnia with YangXueQingNaoKe

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of YangXueQingNaoKeLi to treat cervical vertigo and insomnia. Method 68 patients with cervical vertigo and insomnia were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control groups（n=33）were treated by routine therapy （High Electric Potential Voltage Therapy ）. Patients in treatment groups（n=35）were treated by combination of YangXueQingNaoKeLi and routine therapy. YangXueQingNaoKeLi was taken three times a day, and the therapy course was four weeks. Results After four weeks treatment, the artery blood flowing in. vertebra is more significant in therapeutic group than that in control groups using TCD to check （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate and the physical treatment for vertigo and insom- nia were more superiour in treatment group than those in control group （P〈0.05）. there was no side effect during the medicine treatment. Conclusion YangXueQingNaoKeLi is effective and safe in treating cervical vertigo and insomnia. It has less side effects. If it is combined with the physical treatment, it is worth spreading clinically.
