摘    要:目的:制备丹酚酸A对照品并进行纯度分析。方法:柱层析分离纯化丹酚酸A,采用UV、IR、NMR、MS确证结构,TLC及HPLC方法检查纯度。结果:丹酚酸A纯度为99.5%。结论:丹酚酸A的纯度达到新药研究所需对照品的要求。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the preparation of the reference substance of salvianolic acid A from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.Methods:Salvianolic acid A was isolated and purified by columns chromatography.The structure and purity of salvianolic acid A was determined by UV,IR,NMR,MS,TLC and HPLC.Results:The purity of salvianolic acid A was 99.5%.Conclusion:The purity of salvianolic acid A is agreed with the standard of the reference substance.
