在福建省和新疆维吾尔自治区实施性病病征处理的试点研究

目的 了解病征处理在临床实际应用中的效果及存在问题。方法 在新疆维吾尔自治区、福建省的10家试点医院，对具有尿道炎(男性)、阴道宫颈炎和生殖器溃疡的病人开展临床病征处理，观察疗效，并调查医生和病人对病征处理的满意度。结果 共2350例病人接受了病征处理。在所随访的病人中，3种病征总的临床治愈率为70．1％(1203／1717)，总有效率(治愈率 有效率)为99．1％(1701／1717)。90％～98％的病人对医疗服务感到满意，认为治疗有效。医生认为病征处理能够在本院推广者占74．1％，愿意在临床运用病征处理者占87．2％，认为病人能够接受病征处理者占96．8％，而对病征处理在临床应用感到满意者占51．2％。结论 病征处理在临床应用的疗效是肯定的。临床应用病征处理还存在某些障碍，需要在今后的工作中加以解决。

A field trial on the implementation of STD syndromic management in Fujian and Xingjiang

Objective To understand the effectiveness and problems in the implementation of syndromic approach to STD management Methods Ten hospitals(STD clinics) were selected as trial sites in Fujian Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Patients with urethral discharge (in males),vaginal discharge and genital ulcers were recruited The clinical efficacy as well as satisfaction of both patients and clinicians were investigated Results A total of 2350 patients received syndromic management The overall cure rate was 70 1%( 1*!203 / 1*!717 ) and total response rate was 99 1%( 1*!701 / 1*!717 ) among those followed-up 90-98% of patients were satisfied with the clinical service and efficacy 74 1% of clinicans thought that syndromic management could be scaled-up in their own hospitals 87 2% of them were willing to apply this approach in their clinical practice 96 8% of them thought that patients would like to accept syndromic approach,while 51 2% of them were satisfied with this approach Conclusion Syndromic approach to STD management is effective in clinical application There are obstacles in the implementation of syndromic management which should be paid much attention in further clinical practice
