血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂对缺氧再复氧大鼠心肌细胞超微结构的保护作用

摘    要:观察到血管紧张素转化酶仰制剂卡托普利和依那普利拉对缺氧再复氧和模拟缺血再灌注所致大鼠心肌细胞超微结构的损伤具有保护作用。两种血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂均能明显减轻心肌细胞超微结构损伤,尤其是线位体的损伤。

Abstract:rat cardiac myocytes were exposed to anoxiareoxygenation,and ischemia-reperfusionmimicking solution with or without captopril or enalaprilat.Electron micoroscopy of myocardial cellsshowed that both captopril and enalaprilat significantly reduced ultrastrutural damage. The results suggestthat angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors are effective against the anoxia-reoxygenation damage of cul-tured rat myocardial cells.
