| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨芷椒膏的制备方法,并观察临床疗效。方法：以凡士林为基质,用融和法制备,并对其进行质量控制和皮肤刺激试验及临床疗效观察。结果：所得制剂工艺简便易行,质量可控,疗效确切,稳定性好,无刺激性。结论：该制剂值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the preparation method for Zhijiao ointment and its clinical application. Methods: Melting method was used with the excipient of vaselin quality control method the irritation test and clinical application were studied. Results: The ointment could be prepared simply and feasibly. The quality was controllable. The effect and the stability of suppository was good and no irritation to mucosa was found. Coclusion: The ointment can be applied for clinical use. |
