| 摘 要： | 烟雾吸入性急性肺损伤是火灾中伤员死亡的独立危险因素及死亡的主要原因。烟雾中有毒、有害化学气体和微粒引起的吸入性肺损伤是火灾后住院患者伤残的重要原因。近十年来，烟雾吸入性急性肺损伤相关的急救药物有了显著进展。

| Abstract: | Smoke inhalation-induced acute lung injury(SI-ALI)is an independent risk factor of death for burn patients in fires,which is also the main cause of death.SI-ALI,caused by toxic and harmful chemical gases and particulates,is an important cause of disability for hospitalized patients after fire hazard.And over the last decade,the life-saving medicines for SI-ALI have made significant progress. |
