经腹部超声联合经阴道超声诊断妇产科急腹症的价值

目的:对比经腹部超声联合经阴道超声诊断妇产科急腹症的价值。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年12月在本院通过病理诊断确诊为妇产科急腹症的80例作为研究对象,为这80例妇科急腹症患者分别实施经腹部超声检查、经阴道超声检查以及联合诊断,将三种诊断方法的结果与病理诊断结果进行对比,比较诊断准确率和漏诊率。结果:与病理结果相比,经腹部超声诊断准确率为80%,漏诊率为20%;经阴道超声诊断准确率为86.3%,漏诊率为13.7%;联合检查诊断准确率为96.3%,漏诊率为3.7%,三组患者的检查结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将经腹部超声联合经阴道超声应用于妇产科急腹症的诊断,漏诊率远远低于单纯经腹部或者经阴道超声检查的漏诊率,能够在较大程度上提高诊断准确率,为医生提供可靠的诊疗依据。

The Value of Transabdominal Ultrasound Combined with Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Obstetrics and Gynecology Acute Abdomen

Objective:To compare the value of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology acute abdomen.Methods:January 2019~December 2019 in our hospital confirmed by pathological diagnosis for 80 cases of acute abdominal pain of obstetrics and gynecology as the research object,for the 80 patients with gynecological acute abdomen were respectively implemented by abdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound as well as the joint diagnosis,the results of three methods of diagnosis and pathological diagnosis to compare the diagnostic accuracy and missed diagnosis.Results:Compared with the pathological results,the diagnostic accuracy of transabdominal ultrasound was 80%,and the rate of missed diagnosis was 20%.The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound was 86.3%,and the rate of missed diagnosis was 13.7%.The diagnostic accuracy of combined examination was 96.3%,and the rate of missed diagnosis was 3.7%.The difference of examination results between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By abdominal ultrasonography combined transvaginal ultrasound was applied to the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen,can largely improve the diagnostic accuracy,primarily physicians provide reliable diagnostic basis,the missed diagnosis is much lower than pure after abdominal or transvaginal ultrasound examination of the missed diagnosis,has higher application value,is a worth extending application.
