中西医结合治疗室性期前收缩有效性及安全性的Meta分析

目的系统评价中西医结合治疗室性期前收缩的有效性及安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库、Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase等数据库,检索时间从建库至2019年11月,按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献,并采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入30篇文献,涉及2626例病人。Meta分析结果表明:中西医结合较单用传统抗心律失常西药治疗室性期前收缩可提高总有效率[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.19,1.32),P<0.00001],改善室性期前收缩临床症状[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.17,1.30),P<0.00001]、动态心电图情况[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.16,1.30),P<0.00001]及中医证候积分[SMD=-0.50,95%CI(-0.71,-0.30),P<0.00001],减少室性期前收缩频数[SMD=-0.76,95%CI(-0.95,-0.56),P<0.00001]及不良反应[RR=0.60,95%CI(0.44,0.82),P=0.001]。结论现有证据表明:中西医结合治疗室性期前收缩可提高病人临床疗效,改善临床症状、动态心电图和中医证候积分,并减少室性期前收缩频数,安全性较好。

Efficacy and Safety of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Ventricular Premature Contraction:a Meta-analysis

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ventricular premature contraction.Methods China Journal Full-Text Database(CNKI),Wanfang database,Chinese science and technology periodical database(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Literature,Cochrane Library,Pubmed,EMbase and other databases were searched from establishment to July 2018.Literatures were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,and Meta-analysis were used by RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 30 literatures were included,involving 2626 patients.The results of Meta-analysis showed that,compared with traditional antiarrhythmic western medicine alone,integrated traditional Chinese with western medicine could improve the clinical efficacy[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.19,1.32),P<0.00001],clinical symptoms in patients with ventricular premature disease[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.17,1.30),P<0.00001],abnormal records of dynamic electrocardiogram[RR=1.23,95%CI(1.16,1.30),P<0.00001],and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score[SMD=-0.50,95%CI(-0.71,-0.30),P<0.00001],reduce the frequency of ventricular premature contraction[SMD=-0.76,95%CI(-0.95,-0.56),P<0.00001],and adverse reactions[RR=0.60,95%CI(0.44,0.82),P=0.001].Conclusion Current evidence showed that integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine could improve the clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms of patients,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and reduce the frequency of premature ventricular beats with better safety.
