Plasma等离子束结合小针刀治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的疗效分析

目的:探讨Plasma等离子束结合小针刀治疗面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的疗效。方法:回顾分析2016年5月~2018年12月本院收治的面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者60例,按治疗方式分对照组(30例接受Plasma等离子束治疗)和观察组(30例接受Plasma等离子束结合小针刀治疗),比较两组治疗状况,如VSS评分、恢复指标、皮肤屏障功能等。结果:治疗前组间VSS比较(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组VSS低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组红斑持续时间、水肿时间、结痂时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前组间皮肤屏障功能指标比较(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组TEWL、油脂低于对照组,皮肤含水量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕采用Plasma等离子束结合小针刀治疗,其效果良好,对皮损恢复有促进作用,并增强皮肤屏障功能。

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Plasma Combined with Small Needle Knife in Treatment of Facial Depressed Acne Scar

Objective:To probe into the clinical effect of Plasma combined with small needle knife in treatment of facial depressed acne scar.Methods:60 cases of patients with facial depressed acne scar and who treated in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into the control group(30 cases treated with Plasma beam)and the study group(30 cases treated with Plasma beam combined with small needle knife).Then,the treatment status of two groups were compared,such as VSS score,recovery index and skin barrier function and so on.Results:The VSS before treatment between the two groups were compared(P>0.05).The VSS after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of erythema,edema time and scab time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The skin barrier function indexes before treatment were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TEWL and oil content in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the skin water content in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Plasma combined with small needle knife in treatment of facial depressed acne scar are good,which can promote the recovery of skin lesions and enhance the skin barrier function.
