腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的临床疗效

目的:探讨对胆囊结石合并胆总管结石运用腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗的效果。方法:挑选2018年4月~2019年4月本市两家三甲医院收治的60例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者,选择双盲法把患者分成观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采取传统开腹手术治疗,观察组选择腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗,对两种治疗手段的成效进行比对。结果:观察组术中出血量远少于对照组,而胃肠道恢复功能时长、肛门恢复排气时长、住院时间都较对照组更短(P<0.05)。分析两组术后并发症情况,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者,临床选择腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗,可以有效清除结石,改善病情。

Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopy Combined with Choledochoscope in the Treatment of Cholecystolithiasis Complicated with Choledocholithiasis

Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis.Methods:60 cases of cholecystolithiasis complicated with choledocholithiasis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group by double blind method.The control group was treated by traditional laparotomy,while the observation group was treated by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope,and the effects of the two treatment methods were compared.Results:Comparing the operation indexes of the two groups,the operation index level of the observation group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis,laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy can change the disease.
