心脏彩超左室射血分数与多病因心力衰竭的相关性分析

目的:研究多病因心力衰竭与心脏彩超诊断中左室射血分数的关系。方法:选择2018年7月~2019年4月本院收治的88例心衰患者,对其进行彩超检查,若其左室射血分数正常则为A组,若其左室射血分数下降则为B组,对其三个心动周期的心脏彩超测量结果及治疗前后左室射血分数予以分析对比。结果:治疗前后A组患者左室射血分数对比为P>0.05,差异无显著性;B组治疗后数据显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),但比A组治疗后低,且组间对比的差异较为显著(P<0.05)。结论:通过心脏彩超中左室射血分数的诊断,能够对患者心功能进行准确评估,以促进疾病治疗效果的提高。

Correlation Between Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction and Heart Failure

Objective:To study the relationship between multiple causes of heart failure and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in color Doppler echocardiography.Methods:88 patients with heart failure were selected and examined by color Doppler ultrasonography.If the left ventricular ejection fraction was normal,it was group A;If the left ventricular ejection fraction was decreased,it was group B.The results of color Doppler echocardiography in three cardiac cycles and the left ventricular ejection fraction before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results:The left ventricular ejection fraction of group a before and after treatment was P>0.05,there was no significant difference;The data of group B after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),but lower than that of group A after treatment,and the difference between groups was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis of left ventricular ejection fraction in color Doppler echocardiography can accurately evaluate the heart function of patients and improve the therapeutic effect of the disease.
