体外震波联合输尿管镜碎石治疗上尿路结石临床研究

目的:探析体外震波联合输尿管镜碎石治疗上尿路结石的临床疗效。方法:选取于2017年1月~2019年1月本院收治的80例上尿路结石患者,随机分为对照组(体外震波碎石)与观察组(体外震波联合输尿管镜碎石),各40例。对比分析两组患者的临床各指标情况、并发症发生率。结果:观察组临床各指标水平均优于对照组;观察组并发症发生率为27.5%,低于对照组的57.5%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体外震波联合输尿管镜碎石治疗上尿路结石的疗效显著,可有效减少术中出血量且碎石时间短,缩短住院时间,减少并发症的发生,临床应严格掌握手术指征而科学、合理、准确运用。

Clinical Study of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Combined with Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Upper Urinary Calculi

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave combined with ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods:80 patients with upper urinary calculi admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy)and the observation group(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with ureteroscopy),with 40 cases each.The clinical indicators and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 27.5%,lower than 57.5%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave combined with ureteroscopic lithotripsy is effective in the treatment of upper urinary calculi,which can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the time of lithotripsy,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of complications.The clinical indications for surgery should be strictly controlled and scientific,reasonable and accurate application.
