Abstract:Objective:To analyze the application value of mammography and optimize posture design,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods:A retrospective study of 800 fully digital mammograms of 200 women who came to our hospital for bilateral mammography examinations from January 2017 to January 2019 was conducted.Observation and evaluation of quality.Results:Among the 800 fully digital mammography images,there were 762 firstclass films,including 370 head-to-tail images and 392 oblique images,which accounted for 95.25%of all fully digital mammography images.38 B-level films,including 21 head and tail and 17 medial and lateral oblique positions,accounted for 4.75%of all fully digital mammography images;no waste films Conclusion:In the process of fully digital mammography,adopting standardized projection posture and scientific breast compression promotes the optimization of posture design,which helps significantly improve the quality of radiographic images.
