Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application and imaging features of magnetic resonance imaging((MRI))in evaluating the(RFA)effect of radiofrequency ablation of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:From January 2017 to October 2018,50 patients with liver cancer RFA(86 lesions)were treated in our hospital.The MRI images of the patients after RFA were observed.Results:Postoperative MRI images were observed.At 1 month postoperatively,95.35%(82)of the lesions were larger than before surgery.At 12 months postoperatively,90.70%(78)of the lesions were smaller than before surgery.One month after operation,there were 80 complete lesions in the T1WI high signal ring.12 months after surgery,12(15.00%)of the lesions recurred;6 of the high-signal incomplete lesions,6.67%(4)The recurrence of lesions,P<0.05;MRI images of patients with recurrent disease showed that the DWI signal was a high-intensity signal,T1 and T2 were long,and nodular enhancement was observed after enhanced scanning.Conclusion:MRI examination of patients with liver cancer with RFA can confirm the primary liver cancer,effectively distinguish residual and recurrent tumor tissue,and provide reliable support for the setting of patient diagnosis and treatment plan.
