观察在对冠心病进行诊断时使用磁共振成像(MRI)和多层螺旋CT的诊断准确率

目的:探讨在对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称,冠心病)进行诊断时使用磁共振成像(MRI)和多层螺旋CT的诊断准确率。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年3月本院收治的冠心病患者67例为对象,对选择的对象进行MRI和多层螺旋CT、数字减影血管造影(DSA)这三种检查,将DSA检查结果作为金标准,比较MRI及多层螺旋CT与其联合检测的诊断准确率。结果:MRI和多层螺旋CT各自的诊断准确率与DSA比较存在较大差异,P<0.05;但MRI和多层螺旋CT的诊断准确率比较无差异,P>0.05;联合检测的诊断准确率与DSA比较无差异,P>0.05。结论:在对冠心病进行诊断时使用MRI和多层螺旋CT联合检测的诊断准确率高。

To Observe the Diagnostic Accuracy of MRI and MSCT in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To investigate the accuracy of MRI and MSCT in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:67 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.MRI,multi-slice spiral CT and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)were performed on the selected subjects.The DSA results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic accuracy of MRI,multi-slice spiral CT and their combined detection.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of MRI and MSCT was significantly different from that of DSA(P<0.05),but there was no difference between MRI and MSCT(P>0.05),and there was no difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of combined detection of MRI and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease is high.
