Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute ureteral calculi with perirenal effusion,and to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute ureteral calculi with perirenal effusion,so as to further promote the prognosis and improve the safety of patients.Methods:Selected patients with acute ureteral stones with perinephric effusion and non-perirenal effusions admitted to our hospital.50 cases were selected as observation group 1 and observation group 2,totaling 100 cases.Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was performed to analyze the connection of acute ureteral stones and perinephric effusion.Results:There was no significant difference in the degree of hydronephrosis,the size of stones and the location of ureteral stones between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of pain index in group 1 was higher than that in group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:CDFI can effectively understand the perirenal effusion of acute ureteral calculi,so as to provide valuable reference for the follow-up diagnosis and treatment,and promote the prognosis of patients.
