| 摘 要： | 目的:探究在宫外孕治疗中运用腹腔镜输卵管开窗取胚术以及腹腔镜输卵管切除术所起到的干预效果。方法:将本院2018年9月~2019年9月所接纳治疗的宫外孕患者100例以随机分组法分为对照组(50例,腹腔镜输卵管切除术)以及观察组(50例,腹腔镜输卵管开窗取胚术),对两组患者的治疗结局进行数据的统计和分析。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院天数、术后血β-HCG水平以及异位妊娠复发率相比较对照组而言均明显较低,但宫内孕发生率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜输卵管开窗取胚术治疗宫外孕效果更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of laparoscopic tubal fenestration and laparoscopic fallopian tube resection in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:100 cases of extrauterine pregnancy from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control group(50 cases,laparoscopic salpingectomy)and observation group(50 cases,laparoscopic salpingectomy),and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the operation time,the amount of bleeding during operation,the days of hospitalization after operation and the level of bloodβ-HCG after operation were as follows.And the rate of intrauterine pregnancy was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of laparoscopy in the treatment of extrauterine pregnancy is better. |
