| 摘 要： | 目的:分析宫腔镜手术在子宫肌瘤治疗中的运用。方法:选择2018年11月~2019年7月本院妇科收治的125例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组,分别给予两组腹腔镜手术治疗、宫腔镜手术治疗。结果:两组患者术前、术后卵巢功能无明显变化,且组间差异不显著;观察组术后恢复状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤治疗中,宫腔镜手术对患者卵巢功能的影响较小,且有助于促进患者的术后康复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the application of hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:125 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.They were given laparoscopic surgery and hysteroscopic surgery.Results:There was no significant change in ovarian function between the two groups before and after operation,and the difference between the two groups was not significant.The recovery status of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic surgery has less effect on ovarian function in patients with uterine fibroids and helps to promote postoperative recovery. |
