Comparison and Analysis of HBV DNA Detection Results by Fluorescence Quantitative PCR Instrument

Objective:To discuss the analysis of the results of the detection of hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA using a fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument.Methods:30 cases of hepatitis B patients admitted to this hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the number method,each with 15 cases.The control group was tested by RLC480 instrument,and the observation group was tested by fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument.The HBV DNA level of the patients was measured by To compare and analyze the results of different instruments.Results:The RLC480 type fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument and the ABI7500 type fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument showed no outliers in the measurement results;The HBV DNA detection results of the two instruments have a good correlation(r>0.975);The bias percentage of the detection results of the two PCR detection instruments was 3.18%(<7.51%),which was consistent with good consistency,and the systematic error was within an acceptable range.Conclusion:The ABI7500 fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument and the RLC480 fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument have extremely high consistency in detecting HBADNA,with small errors.The bias of the results of hepatitis B DNA measurement is within a controllable range.The two instruments are used in the measurement of hepatitis B.The results can be used in future clinical testing.
