| 摘 要： | 背景与目的 淋巴细胞具有产牛和运载抗体等维持机体免疫功能的作用,已有研究显示肿瘤与血液中淋巴细胞计数存在一定的相关性.本研究分析肺癌患者淋巴细胞表达水平并探讨其临床意义.方法 将300例肺癌初治患者设为实验组,同期住院50例肺良性病者作为对照组.所有患者均于入院后第一天晨起采血后2 h内用Sysmex XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪计数.将实验组及对照组淋巴细胞百分率和淋巴细胞绝对值与正常人群参考值比较分析.结果 肺癌患者淋巴细胞百分率和淋巴细胞绝对值与正常人群参考值相比差异有统计学意义,而肺良性病者与正常人相比无统计学差异.肺恶性病较良性病淋巴细胞百分率和绝对值低表达发生率高(32.0%18.0%和18.3%/6.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.005).结论 血象中淋巴细胞百分率和淋巴细胞绝对值分析能够对肺癌等恶性肿瘤的发病机理起一定的指导意义.
