| 摘 要： | 目前青光眼领域的研究重点是对原发性开角型青光眼（primary open—angle glaucoma，POAG）的病因和发病机制的研究。随着人们对CD44生物学功能和化学本质的逐渐认识，发现CD44分子与POAG发病有关。本文就CD44与POAG关系的研究进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | At present,the emphasis of investment in the field of glaucoma is on the etiological factors and pathogenesis of primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG).Accompanied with the study of biological functions and chemical characters of CD44,it is found that CD44 is connected with the onset of POAG.This review tells about the advancement of research on the relationship between CD44 and POAG. |
