住院患者血糖血脂化验结果知晓度调查

目的调查分析住院患者血糖、血脂知晓度,探讨对住院患者进行健康服务的必要性和措施。方法对北京某三级甲等医院1071名诊疗结束的住院患者进行问卷调查,调查信息通过EPiData录入,使用SAS6.12软件进行统计描述和分析。结果住院患者中血糖、血脂知晓率及糖尿病、高脂血症患病知晓率均较低,进而对提高知晓率的干预措施进行探讨。结论住院患者在专科疾病治疗的同时,对其所患的非专科慢性病或高危状态进行有效干预,已经成为住院患者的健康需求,对提高医院服务质量具有重要意义。

Analysis on the Inpatient Awareness to the Test Results of Blood Glucose and Blood Lipids

Objective To provide the rate of awareness to the test of blood glucose and lipid among inpatients,and to find the necessity and methods of healthcare service among this population.Methods 1071 patients from a Grade Ⅲ-A General Hospital participated in our survey by answering a questionnaire.Database was set by EPi Data and all analyses were performed with SAS6.12.Results The rate of awareness of diabetes and dyslipidemia among inpatients is relatively low.Conclusions The chronic disease or metabolic disorder should be concerned and properly treated for patients admitted for any disease during their hospitalization which is very important for improving the quality of healthcare service.
