农村老年人照护现状的满意度与养老意愿的质性研究

目的了解农村老年人对目前养老方式的满意度及去养老机构养老的意愿。方法采取偶遇抽样调查，对四川省不同地方的73名老人进行深入访谈，再对所得资料进行分析、整理。结果大部分老人对自己现在的养老现状比较满意，仅有个别老人不满意，其原因是子女无暇照顾自己或者子女还有各自的问题没有解决。73名老人中，25名老人愿意去养老机构养老，43名不愿意去，5名不确定。结论农村养老中家庭养老占主导地位，这与传统的孝养观念、养老院本身的不完善以及经济问题密切相关；农村老年人的幸福满意度较高，大部分农村老人对目前的养老状态表示满意；解决农村老人养老问题的关键之一，在于改善农村地区养老机构面临的各种问题。

Qualitative Research on the Satisfaction with the Status Quo of Care for the Elderly in Rural Areas and the Choice of Old-Age Life

Objective To examine the satisfaction of the elderly in rural areas with the current ways of old-age care and whether they are willing to stay at the nursing institutions for the elderly. Methods By means of randomized sample survey, 73 aged people were interviewed in depth, then analysis and interpretation were carried out on the data collected. Results The majority of the aged people were rather satisfied with the support they have received, with only a few showing dissatisfaction, due to the fact that their children are too busy to take care of them, or they still have their own problems to cope with. Of the 73 aged people, 25 were willing to stay at a nursing institution, 43 were unwilling, and 5 not sure. Conclusion The form of family support predominates the care for the aged people in rural areas, which has a lot to do with the traditional concept of filial piety, the imperfections of nursing homes themselves and financial problems. The aged people in rural areas enjoy rather high levels of happiness satisfaction and the majority of them express satisfaction with the current support they have received. One of the keys to solve the problem of supporting the aged people in rural areas is to solve the various problems faced by nursing institutions in rural areas.
