早期乳腺癌保乳术及改良根治术临床疗效观察

目的：探讨保乳术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法：50例确诊为早期乳腺癌的患者根据患者主观意愿分为实验组和对照组，实验组行保乳术，对照组行改良根治术，比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率、生存率、复发率和外观满意度等。结果：实验组手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率均低于对照组，外观满意度高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者5年生存率和复发率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌安全有效，满意度高。

CLINICAL CURATIVE EFFECTS OF TREATING EARLY BREAST CANCER BY BREAST CONSERVING SURGERY AND MODIFIED RADICAL MASTECTOMY

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effects of treating early breast cancer by breast conserving surgery and modiifed radical mastectomy.Methods： 50 early breast cancer patients were divided into experimental group 〈br〉 and control group according to the patients wishes. The patients in experimental group received breast conserving surgery, while patients in control group received modified radical mastectomy. The operative time, amount of bleeding during operation, complications incidence, survival rate, recurrence rate and satisfactory rate of appearance of patients in 2 groups were compared.Results： The operation time, amount of bleeding during operation and complications incidence of patients in experimental group were obviously lower than that of patients in experimental group, while satisfactory rate of appearance was obviously higher （P〈0.05）. There had no statistical signiifcance about survival rate and recurrence rate of patients in experimental group and control group （P〉0.05）.Conclusions：Breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer is safe, effective, and can get high satisfaction.
