| 摘 要： | 目的：观察恢刺结合康复训练对脑卒中后上肢偏瘫痉挛患者的生活质量影响的临床研究。方法：将60例脑卒中后上肢偏瘫痉挛的患者，根据随机抽样的分类方法，将其分成治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组30例，采用恢刺结合康复训练治疗。对照组30例，采用口服巴氯芬结合康复训练治疗。结果：恢刺治疗对脑卒中后上肢偏瘫痉挛患者的生活活动能力、肢体功能均优于口服巴氯芬（P〈0．05）。2组患者的生活活动能力和肢体功能状况在治疗后均有不同程度的改善（P〈0．01）。结论：恢刺结合康复训I练能有效改善脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛患者的生活质量，对脑卒中后偏瘫痉挛患者生活质量的提高优于口服巴氯芬。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the life quality of HuiCi combined rehabilitation training to the patients after stroke that upper limb hemiplegic spastic. Methods： 60 cause of stroke that upper limb hemiplegic spastic were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30） . The treatment group were treated with HuiCi combined rehabilitation training, and the control group were treated with Baclofen combined rehabilitation training. Results： The Life activity and Limb function of the treatment group were better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The Life activity and Limb function of the two groups after treated were varying degrees of improvement （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions： HuiCi combined rehabilitation training can improve the life quality of the patients after stoke that upper limb hemiplegic spastic, and the degree of improvement is better than oral Baclofen. |
