风芍六君子汤治疗脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征临床评价

目的通过应用风芍六君子汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS），观察其临床疗效和安全性。方法将109例腹泻型IBS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用风芍六君子汤治疗，对照组采用蒙脱石散和马来酸曲美布汀胶囊治疗，3w后观察疗效。结果风芍六君子治疗组临床治愈率2．2%，总有效率96％；蒙脱石散对照组临床治愈率0％，总有效率84．4％；马来酸曲美布汀胶囊对照组临床治愈率0％，总有效率93．6％；治疗组疗效分别与两对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论风芍六君子汤治疗腹泻型IBS，可有效改善患者的临床症状，是一种安全有效的临床用药。

Clinical Effect of Fengshao Liujunzi Decoction in the Treatment of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective To examine the effect of Fengshao Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome, and to observe the clinical efficacy and safety. Methods 109 cases of diarrhea-IBS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was given Fengshao I.iujunzi decoction, and the control group received montmorillonite powder and trimebutine maleate capsules. The curative effects were observed after 3 weeks. Results the cure rate was 2.2% in treatment group with Fengshao Liujunzi decoction, and the total efficiency rate was 96%. In montmorillonite powder control group, the clinical cure rate was 0%, the total efficiency rate was 84.4 %. In trimebutine maleate group, the clinical cure rate was 0 % ,the total efficiency rate was 93.6%. The treatment group was significantly better than two control groups. Conclusion Fengshao Liujunzi decoction is effective in the treatment of diarrhea-type IBS, canimprove the clinical symptoms, and is safe.
