肠道菌群与小儿腹泻的中医药治疗进展

小儿腹泻病与肠道茵群紊乱密切相关，其研究被国内外许多学者所关注，并已取得创新性进展。在中医药辨证论治和整体观理论指导下，采用中医药治疗手段和方法，通过单味药有效成分及组方群调整肠道茵群紊乱以恢复肠道内环境稳态，是当前治疗小儿腹泻病的新趋势。但尚需进一步深入开展其临床及实验研究，为揭示其作用机制，充分发挥中医药治疗小儿腹泻病的优势，促进临床疗效的提高提供借鉴和参考。

FCM Treatment on Infantile Diarrhea and Intestinal Dysbacteriosis

Infantile diarrhea was closely related to the intestinal dysbacteriosis, the research on which has been paid great at- tention at home and abroad, and the relative study has made great progress. According to the treatment based on syndrome differencia- tion and entirety theory, we applied traditional Chinese medicine methods to regulate the intestinal flora disturbance and to recover the intestinal homeostasis through the reactions of the effective ingredient of the single drug and the whole formula. And we think that this treatment method is a new trend. But we still need to carry out further clinical and animal experiments so as to reveal the action mecha- nism and to play the role of TCM curinz superiority and to apply reference improve the clinical effects.
