| 摘 要： | 本文介绍并用插图显示了大鼠远端输精管结扎术。该术是经腹股沟管的输精管结扎,结扎位置远离附睾尾与阴囊,不会引起术后阴囊内睾丸周围粘连,可能适用于研究输精管阻塞本身(精子输出阻塞)可能引起的并发症(例如精子发生损害)。

| Abstract: | This paper describes and illustrates a distal vasectomy in the rat. The operation is a ligation of the vas deferens via the in guinal canal,with the position of ligation away from the epididyrnal tail and scrotal sac,and without postoperative complication of adhe sion around the testis in the scrotal sac. It is probably suitable for the study of complications（ e. g. spermatogenic damage） likely induced by vasal obstruction per se（obstruction of spermatozoal transport）. |
