依达拉奉联合脑蛋白水解物治疗老年大面积脑梗死的临床研究

目的探讨依达拉奉联合脑蛋白水解物治疗老年大面积脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的124例老年大面积脑梗死患者随机分成观察组和对照组各62例，对照组在常规治疗基础上给予果糖二磷酸钠注射液及胞二磷胆碱注射液，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予依达拉奉和脑蛋白水解物注射液联合治疗。两组疗程均为14d，观察两组患者的神经功能缺损评分、日常活动能力评分、血清生化指标及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者神经功能缺损和日常活动能力评分均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05），观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后观察组血清NSE、S-100β以及MMP-9水平较对照组明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论依达拉奉联合脑蛋白水解物治疗老年大面积脑梗死疗效肯定，值得临床推广。

Observation of Edaravone and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection in the Treatment of Patients with Massive Hemispheric Infarction

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of edaravone and cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection in the treatment of patients with massive hemispheric infarction. Methods 124 patients with massive hemispheric infarction were randomly divided into observation group （62 cases） and control group （62 cases）, patients in control group were treated with salvia fructose sodium diphosphate and citicoline injection, while patients in observation group were treated with edaravone and eerebroprotein hydrolysate injection. All patients were treated for 14 days. The neurological deficit score （NDS）, activities of daily living ability score （ADL）, biochemical indicator and efficacy of patients in both groups were observed. Results After the treatment, the NDS and ADL of patients in both groups were significantly improved （P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. The level of NSE, S-10013 and MMP-9 in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of massive hemispheric infarction with edaravone and cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection has a curative effect, and it is worth for clinical promotion.
