大鼠胃旁路手术致死因素及预防分析

摘    要:目的:通过研究分析大鼠胃旁路手术的致死因素,探讨其预防措施,以提高大鼠胃旁路手术的建模成功率。方法:总结54只大鼠胃旁路手术的经验,分析导致大鼠死亡的各种因素。结果:本组大鼠死亡率为29.6%。大鼠死亡发生在术中及术后5 d之内,其中术中麻醉因素致死2只,术中发生气胸致死1只,术后切口裂开导致腹腔内脏突出死亡1只,小肠坏死致死3只,吻合口梗阻致死4只,吻合口瘘死亡5只。结论 :多种因素决定了大鼠胃旁路手术的安全性。建模过程中尽可能避免这些因素的发生,能够提高建模成功率。

Abstract:Objective:Through research and analysis about lethal factors of gastric bypass surgery on rats, explore the preventive measures for improving the modeling success rate. Methods: Summarize experiences of 54 cases, and analyze the various factors that lead rats to death. Results:The mortality rate is 29.6% in rats. Rats' death occurred during the operation and 5 days after it. Two cases died because of anesthetic factors,one for pneumothorax. Postoperative wound dehiscence causes one rat died while intestinal necrosis for 3 cases. 4 cases died for the anastomotie obstruction,and 5 cases by anastomotic leakage. Conclusion: Various lethal factors deter mine the security of gastric bypass on rats. These factors should be avoided as much as possible in the modeling process in order to im prove the modeling success rate.
