成都部分高校教职工代谢综合征患病调查

目的了解成都部分高校教职工代谢综合征（MS）的发病趋势及其相关因素的特征。方法依据2005年国际糖尿病联盟提出的MS全球统一诊断标准，对5489名高校教职工腰围、血压、血脂、血糖等体检结果进行统计学分析。结果高校教职丁MS总患病率为10．3％，男性患病率11．5％，高于女性9．1％（x2=8．038，P〈0．05）；且随着年龄的增加，MS的患病率呈上升趋势（x2=899．937，P〈0．05）。男性教职工中心性肥胖、高血压及高甘油三酯的检出率显著高于女性；中心性肥胖、高血压和高血糖阳性率，60岁以上患者明显，显著高于其他两组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；45～60岁人群高血脂阳性率最显著，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论高校教职工MS男性患病率较高，MS与年龄、性别、腰围、血压、血糖、血脂等密切相关，且45岁以上人群MS患病率高，应注意防治。

Prevalence of Metabolic Syndrome in the Faculty of Some Colleges in Chengdu

Objective To understand the prevalence trend of metabolic syndrome（MS） and the characteristics of its major related risk factors in the faculty of some colleges in Chengdu. Methods Based on the global harmonization of diagnostic criteria for MS proposed in 2005 by the International Diabetes Federation. A case control study was performed to analyze the examination results from 5 489 faculty members, including waistline, blood pressure, blood lipids and blood sugar. Results The total prevalence rate of MS was 10.3% . The prevalence of MS was significantly higher in male of 11. 5 % than that in female of 9.1% （x2 = 8. 038, P〈0.05）. The prevalence rate of MS was increased with age （x2= 899. 937,P〈0.05）. The detection rates of central obesity, high blood pressure and TG in male were significantly higher than those in female. The positive rate of central obesity, high blood pressure and high blood sugar in faculty group of over 60 years of age was significantly higher than that in other groups. The positive rates of blood lipid in faculty group of 45 to 60 years of age was the prominent. Conclusion The prevalence of MS in male faculty members was high. Age, sex, waistline, blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids were closely related with the prevalence of MS. Faculty members of over 45 years of age are predisposed to MS. More attention should be paid to the prevention and control of such kind of metabolic disorders.
