| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肠扭转的形成因素及MSCT诊断价值。方法:对17例肠扭转的MSCT表现及手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果:7例小肠及系膜肿瘤并肠扭转,1例腹腔异物并肠扭转,4例腹内疝并肠扭转,5例乙状结肠冗长并肠扭转;17例肠扭转均见"漩涡征";5例见"鸟嘴征";顺时针扭转11例,逆时针扭转6例,扭转角360720°不等。结论:MSCT能清晰显示肠扭转的部位及伴随征象,对临床诊治有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the forming factors and the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） of volvulus. Methods： The imaging features and operation data of 17 cases of volvulus were retrospectively analyzed. Results：There were 7 cases of small intestine and mesentery tumor with volvulus, 1 case of peritoneal foreign bady with volvulus ,4 cases of abdominal internal hernia with volvulus and 5 cases of redundant sigmoid colon with volvulus. The＂whirl sign＂ of 17 cases and＂ beak sign＂ of 5 cases were showed by MSCT. The direction of volvulus was clockwise in 11 cases and counterclockwise in 6 cases,respectively;the degree of volvulus ranged from 360°to 720°. Conclusion ：MSCT shows the position and accompanying signs of volvulus clearly and has an important value in diagnosis and treatment of volvulus. |
