分化型甲状腺癌患者焦虑的现况调查及护理干预研究

目的调查分化型甲状腺癌焦虑的现况及探讨有效的护理干预措施。方法对人院时确诊为分化型甲状腺癌的135例患者采用一般资料调查表和Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）对患者家属进行问卷调查，分析其焦虑现状，同时采取系统性的护理干预措施，并比较干预前后患者焦虑情况。结果135例分化型甲状腺癌有89例患者轻度焦虑，21例患者中度焦虑，7例患者重度焦虑，干预前后差异有统计学意义（t值分别为7．11、5．43、5．15，P〈0．05）。结论分化型甲状腺癌患者由于经济、文化等原因产生不同程度的焦虑，通过精心的心理疏导、心理支持、信息支持、行为支持、社会支持及睡眠改善等系统的护理干预，可以不同程度减轻患者的焦虑情绪。

The Investigation of the Present Situation and Nursing Intervention in the Patients with Anxiety of Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the current situation of anxiety of patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma and explore effective nursing interventions. Methods 135 differentiated thyroid cancer patients on admission were given the general information questionnaire and Self-assessment Anxiety rating Scale （SAS） questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of anxiety. Taking systematic care interventions to compare the situation of anxiety before and after intervention. Results Among 135 cases of differentiated thyroid carcinoma, 89 patients were mild anxiety, 21 patients were moderate anxiety, and 7 patients were severe anxiety. The difference before and after the intervention was statistically significant （T values were 7. 11, 5. 43, 5. 15, P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Patients with differentiated thyroid cancer had varying degrees of anxiety due to the economic, cultural and other causes. Through nursing intervention such as carefully psychological counseling, psychological support, information support, behavioral support, social support systems and improving sleep can alleviate the patient＇s various degrees of anxiety.
