脊柱骨质疏松性压缩骨折治疗进展

随着社会的不断发展,人类平均寿命逐渐延长,骨质疏松症的发病率呈上升趋势。由此产生的骨质疏松性骨折也逐渐增多。骨质疏松性骨折常见发生部位为胸腰椎、髋部、桡骨远端。因骨质疏松性骨折常发生在伴有全身性疾病的老年患者,其愈合的时间较长,故早期诊断并采取合理的治疗对骨折疏松性骨折具有重要意义。脊柱骨质性骨折的治疗,必须把外科治疗及抗骨质疏松药物治疗结合起来,才能取得更好的疗效。现将近年来治疗脊柱骨质疏松性压缩骨折的手术治疗及药物治疗等方面的新进展综述如下。

Progress on the treatment of osteoporotic fractures

With the development of society,the average life span was gradually extended. The incidence of osteoporosis is increasing. The resulting osteoporotic fractures also gradually increase. Common locations of osteoporotic fractures are：spinal column,hip and distal radius. Osteoporotic fractures occur in elderly patients,and the healing time is longer,so early diagnosis and reasonable treatment for os-teoporosis fractures is of great significance. The treatment of osteoporotic compression fractures should combine surgical treatment and anti osteoporosis drug treatment,and then the better effect can be achieved. The recent treatment of osteoporotic compression fracture of the spine surgery and the new progress of the following drug treatment will be previewed.
